NIPS 2017: Learning to Run

Reinforcement learning environments with musculoskeletal models

error when trying to test the example model

Posted by hdbondt about 3 years ago

When I try to run: python example.py –visualize –test –model example.h5f

I get: ValueError: Shape mismatch: x has 41 cols (and 1 rows) but y has 14 rows (and 32 cols) Apply node that caused the error: Dot22(Reshape{2}.0, dense_1/kernel) Toposort index: 11 Inputs types: [TensorType(float32, matrix), TensorType(float32, matrix)] Inputs shapes: [(1, 41), (14, 32)]

the same command with another trained model does work.

@hdbondt : Can you please mention the exact verion of osim-rl that you are using ?

You can figure that out by : python -c "import pkg_resources ; print(pkg_resources.get_distribution('osim-rl').version)"
