In this thread, the admins collect Commercial Solver Platforms that are accepted in this Challenge.
If you use any of the ones listed below as “accepted”, your submissions still qualify for the prizes.
If you use any listed as “not accepted”, you may still participate in the challenge. However, your submission will not qualify for the prizes.

accepted: CPLEX, Gurobi
By request of a participant, we can confirm the following solvers are
accepted: SCIP(open-source mixed integer solver), Gecode(open-source constraint solver)
Generally, all open-source solvers, or even closed-source solvers (as long as they are non-commercial), are accepted as long as they run on Windows and/or Linux.
Also accepted: IBM Constraint Programming Optimizer
Answering @hur: Using AMPL to produce the model that is then solved with CPLEX or Gurobi is also accepted.
